At Roots of Wellbeing healing isn't imposed on you. We help you reconnect with the wisdom that's already inside of you. We curate each session to harmonize the elements of which we're made, air, ether, fire, water and Earth, restoring balance to the nervous system, cleansing & freeing the flow of vital energy, solacing pain & chronic conditions, and relieving stress.
Your session can be given in our Santa Fe studio or your home, vacation rental, Airbnb, Vrbo or office in the greater Santa Fe area including Tesuque and El Dorado. In your space and in agreeable weather, outdoor settings are encouraged, as Nature is the ideal setting in which to re-member ourselves.

Kalalea brings over a decade of dedicated practice and well over 10,000 hands-on hours to every session. Trained in Swedish, Lomilomi, Abhyanga, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and energy therapies including Intersectional Reiki, she creates a uniquely tailored experience guided by your body’s specific needs. Every session is guided by what your system needs, not what the clock demands. If it needs a few more minutes, we allow it the time.
