At Roots of Wellbeing we understand that we're all made elementally of ether, air, fire, water and earth. Thus we customize each session to harmonize these elements, restore balance to the nervous system, cleanse & free the flow of vital energy, solace pain & chronic conditions, and relieve stress.

Your session can be given in our studio, your home, hotel, vacation rental, Airbnb, Vrbo or office. Indoors or out. In agreeable weather, outdoor settings are encouraged, as Nature is the ideal setting in which to re-member ourselves.                                     

Kalalea began professional practice 25 years ago, and is trained in a range of healing modalities including, Swedish, Lomilomi, Abhyanga, prenatal, myofascial release, trigger point release, deep tissue, reflexology, Ho’oponopono and Reiki therapies. Her approach is a composition of her continuing education, keen intuition and well over 10,000 hours of hands on practice, focusing these she co-creates a rich, effective, nourishing and distinct experience for you.

$35 additional for a prenatal session, a nurturing treatment for mother and baby, easing discomforts associated with your changing body and supporting you both in this time of sacred transition.
$35 additional for a deep tissue session, can be added at time of service.
$35 to add deeply warmed Himalayan salt stones to any seventy-five or ninety minute session. Salt stones can only be combined with table sessions.
